Lessons That I Would Give To 12 Years Old Me

I was thinking of almost 21 years of my life that I spent till today, and suddenly I thought that what will be lessons that I will teach to 12 years old me.

Life has gone through a lot of ups and down, in some places I felt happy and too much excited, but also sad in some areas. Life is the only journey, that teaches everything through experiences coz we don't understand it in theory.

Lesson #1

Groom your confidence, coz it will help you in the long run. It's easy at in early age to increase and polish it through participating in curricular activities that happen in colleges. 

Confidence helps you in every aspect of life. If you have this skill, then it means you are 4 steps ahead.

Lesson #2

Try every sport, and if you get interest and enjoyment in any, then polish your skills on that sport. This also helps to stand out from others. 

Might be possible that this skill and talent become your companion for your whole life. And, you become professional in it.

Lesson #3

Learn soft skills like public speaking, communication skills, and more. These will help you in different aspects throughout your life journey.

Lesson #4

Learn digital skills like machine languages, web development, video editing, and more. You must know the basics of each. And, if you like to be professional in any one of them, that might become your part-time source of income.

Lesson #5

Don't give fu#k to anything. Whatever happens is just coz it was to happen whatever the circumstances would have been. Just, understand that if its like to happen, then there is no power other than God (Allah) who can stop it from happening.

If you learned to don't give fu#k to anything, then it means you have removed 75% of problems from your life.

Lesson #6

Start journaling as soon as possible. Journaling means writing your thoughts either digitally or physically on paper. You write all those points and ideas, which you mostly don't share with anyone.

This habit helps you to clarify your thoughts and ideas. It makes your mind cool and fresh as you have written all your thoughts instead of saying to someone.

These are some of the lessons that I would teach to 12 years old me. I will try to add more lessons whenever I understand something new or recalled any new.
